To make a guaranteed reservation,
visitors must make a deposit of 30% of the service price.
If the reservation deposit is not
made within the specified time, the owners reserve the right to make a new
reservation.
Reservations can be rescheduled by
notifying the service provider 14 days prior to the reservation date.
If the visitor does not arrive on
the reservation date, the paid reservation fee will not be refunded.
The visitor will pay in full for the
services upon receiving them.
By reserving a service, visitors
confirm their agreement to the registration and internal rules and commit to
following them.
Check-in
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, check-out
is by 12:00 PM, unless other times have been arranged in advance with the
service provider. It is the responsibility of camping visitors to invite the
service provider to accept the rented cabin and/or inventory by the end of the
agreed service time.
If a visitor plans to stay longer
than the agreed time, they must notify and arrange this in advance. In this case,
the service provider reserves the right to charge an additional fee.
Internal rules
Entry to the area is only allowed for camping clients.
We encourage adherence to general behavior and
courtesy norms, respecting other people, nature, and the environment. Order
must be observed in the area and cabins. Care should be taken with the owner's
inventory. Nature must not be polluted. Upon leaving the campsite, guests
should collect their garbage and dispose of it in designated bins.
Fires and grills are only permitted in designated
areas with the owner's permission, following general fire safety regulations.
It is prohibited to bring and store flammable
materials, use personal electric heaters, or use devices with open flames,
including candles, in the accommodations.
The use of fireworks is not permitted on the camping
grounds.
It is forbidden to bring and use weapons, drugs, and
psychotropic substances in the recreation complex area.
Smoking is not allowed in any buildings: neither in
accommodations nor in common areas. Smoking is allowed outdoors, provided it
does not disturb other guests. Cigarette butts must be properly extinguished
and disposed of in designated areas.
Pets that are not aggressive and do not pose a threat
to others are allowed in the area. When registering, guests must inform the
service provider about any pets they bring. Owners are responsible for cleaning
up after their pets and supervising them at all times.
The service provider is not responsible for the loss,
theft, or damage of visitors' personal belongings.
When temporarily leaving your accommodation, guests
are advised to lock it and keep the key with them.
Upon leaving the campsite, it is the camping guest's
duty to return the keys to the cabin and the rented inventory.
To avoid misunderstandings, if you discover any damage
to the inventory, please report it immediately to the property owner. If damage
occurs due to the guest's fault, an appropriate fee will be deducted depending
on the extent of the damage.
Children under the age of 18 may stay in the camping
area under the responsibility of a parent or an adult guardian.
When near and on the water or engaging in other
recreational activities, each guest is responsible for their own health and
safety, as well as that of their children and dependents. Wearing a life jacket
is mandatory when riding in a boat or on a SUP board. Attention! The Daugava
River in the camping area has currents, and sandbanks may be mixed with pits.
Access to the Daugava with personal watercraft through
the camping grounds is only permitted with prior arrangement with the
administration. Note: When using a motorboat, be cautious of sandbanks and
rocks.
